2019 – Current

Fowler Homes building and design consultant, specialising as a building and design consultant in property sales, and the structuring of tenders, plans and advising clients of the building of their new home. Managing a display with clients from first home buyers, investors to custom homes of knock down re-builds.

2014 – 2019

Delivering contract homes for Mojo Homes with a positive experience in the residential home field with Mojo Homes. Issued No.1 consultant within the company in 2015. This company benefits from his knowledge base and life experiences in sales and customer engagement. Contracted to Mojo homes as an employee and delivering over $2.5M in sales each month using technology, customer service experience from his past and delivering a very high detailed service to the client.

2001 - 2013

Mark founded Platinum Property whilst building his construction business, Platinum Property was a unique property investment trading company. During the years above he purchased as an investor over $40M plus in property transactions of whole development off the plan wholesale take-outs in his own company via many complex structures. This combined with his professional qualifications, associates; market relationships and business experience provided Platinum Property with a steady course of growth for trading after wholesale purchasing under Marks leadership.

Throughout these years Mark has serviced many clients, hands on with advice on finance and design with his extensive consultant knowledge base. He thrives on quality, and the under promise and over delivery on the job at hand. Platinum property closed upon considering to spend time with his new daughters, plus market conditions affected growth of our property trading vehicle after the GFC and banking changes. Mark lost many assets due to major bank funding reductions requested in 2009, however the knowledge in property is never lost.

2001

At the early part of this year Mark was offered a consulting position with Investmentsource Corporation, a large conglomeration of education, research, acquisition, investment and finance experience. A considerable amount of time and monetary amount was spent on Mark’s education in these fields. Mark enjoyed consultations plus group presentations on the structuring of building, research, acquisition and finance to hundreds of people in the pursuit of developing a broad portfolio.

2000

Over the years that followed on from 1999 Mark studied and became a qualified Building Inspector starting a building inspection business (Allpride Inspect Aust.) for residential pre-purchase and defect inspections for Solicitors, Conveyancers and the Department of Fair Trading. Mark has completed over 250 Inspections to date without a single dispute arising against him.

1999

The following years up to this time Mark was heavily involved in the supervision of small and medium density residential developments continuing in numerous other suburbs in Sydney’s South-West, many properties were constructed and sold off the plan during this time as well as contract custom building works for large homes.

Mark’s skills were developed as a direct result running an efficient business practice from the management of all trades on many residential projects over the previous decade even working on the tools if needed. These projects involved design, engineering, drafting, completed working drawings and submitting all documentation for development consent, building approval, work to be orchestrated and trades to be supervised. During this time he formed an integral role on a number of shop fit-outs and commercial buildings.

1995

Mark completed The Advanced Certificate of Building Supervision and secured a full Unrestricted Builders License. The licence number was kept and converted to a qualified Builders Licence (licence number 52703C). During this time business began to accelerate, with the firm growing and building projects being undertaken independently with his skilled team of trades people and contractors.

1994

In a short space of time Mark employed a labourer and, by the second year, he employed one tradesman and an apprentice carpenter. Referrals began to flow in from the many happy and satisfied clients and this was the foundation that grew the business. Mark’s network grew to include builders and private customers for whom he had completed work.

1993

Mark enrolled at Miller TAFE College (for 3 years) to obtain an Advanced Certificate in Building Supervision. This course provided Mark with an unrestricted Full Builders licence. During 1993 Mark was granted a Carpentry and Joinery Licence by the Dept of Fair Trading (licence number 52703C). Mark founded ‘Allpride Building’ and developed his carpentry and joinery firm, supplying services to clients for small renovations projects requiring a high quality level of finish, for Residential homes, framing and fit-out of internal joinery and supervising other carpenters in this area.

1992

Mark enjoyed working on new residential home construction, medium density townhouse developments, home additions and renovations. Over the next few years Mark worked on over 40 homes, 50+ home additions and at over 100 renovation projects, providing carpentry services. These projects were completed all over the Sydney Area, mostly South Western Suburbs and the Inner west.

1988

Mark began his career in building at an early age starting a carpentry and joinery apprenticeship in 1988 with the Miller College (Technical Institute of Further Education) and completing this in 1992 with Brian P. Battin (Master Builder).
